A commitment to improve equality, inclusion and diversity in our industry culminated in the signing by nine organisations from the horticulture and landscaping of the EDI Charter on the 15th November 2022. From this early stage it became apparent that the Horticulture and Landscape Industry required a baseline to understand how diverse and inclusive we currently are. To this end a survey has been distributed across industry to understand our current position. Access the survey here.
