Enjoy an evening tour of this Edwardian garden by CIH member and Head Gardner Neil Davidson. The gardens form part of Greywalls Hotel which is situated on the edge of Muirfield Golf Course with stunning views over East Lothian, Firth of Forth.

The house was designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens and built in 1901 with the gardens being attributed to Gertrude Jekyll. The gardens are a quintessential example of an Edwardian garden as a place to promenade, of secluded seating areas where assignations can take place and of tea, cucumber sandwiches and lemonade can be served on the lawn during warm summers afternoon.  The plant collection in its own special microclimate will also not disappoint.
