The Fringe is the alternative gardening event of the early summer!
Specifically, it’s a week of horticultural ‘happenings’, from pop-up gardens and installations in unlikely parts of the city, to floral boats plying the Thames; walks, talks and workshops on every sort of vaguely gardening-y topic; galleries and museums festooned with plant-themed artworks and initiatives. Shops and corporate HQs are getting in on the act too.
But, most importantly, the Fringe is a chance for community gardening projects, allotments and public parks to show off and celebrate what they do all year round.

How much does it cost?

Some activities and events are free, others there may be an admission charge.
