The Chartered Institute of Horticulture’s Annual General Meeting is taking place online via Zoom on Wednesday 1st May 2024, time to be confirmed. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an opportunity for members to find out more about the Institute’s performance in the past year and discover the plans for the future. Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Charter and Byelaws any members intending to move resolutions at the AGM should provide notice, in writing, to the Honorary Secretary 56 days (6th March 2024) beforehand at which time the Agenda shall be published – firstname.lastname@example.org.
Whilst registration for the AGM is not a requirement, we do ask members wherever possible to please indicate their intention to attend to enable us to ensure the meeting is quorate. Details of how to register to follow.
