From Seed to Harvest: Cauliflower & Broccoli

A rare chance to see how cauliflower and broccoli bought at the supermarket or greengrocer is produced from seed through to harvesting and packing. Vegatable growing at scale! The morning will involve a visit to Westgate Farm, to look at the production process, from planting through to harvesting and packing. Following a buffet lunch at the farm, we will then move on to the nearby Farringtons Plants, who supply Westgate with their Brassica plants to look at the propagation process.
The cost for the day including lunch will be £10 per head.
