This nursery grows large quality trees for use at national flower shows such as Chelsea, Hampton Court and Malvern Spring Show. Their stock is often contributing to Gold award stands
Real plants can bring life to space, decorated or lit up they can make a big statement.
Good Specimens, large enough to impact a marquee or a church are hard to find and can be expensive.
Perfect for occasions where you want that natural touch.
They can deliver and set up for you, or you can collect and return the plants yourself…

Directions
- From the traffic lights at Nailbridge, take the Morse Road towards Drybrook/Ruardean, passing Hales Builders Merchants on your right-hand side. Upon entering Ruardean, turn right onto Star Beech Hill signposted Howle Hill. Follow the road along for approximately 2.5 miles where the nursery can be located on the left-hand side just beyond the crossroads and telephone box.
- From Ross-on-Wye, take the B4234 towards the Forest of Dean. Before reaching Walford, turn left on the sharp right-hand bend signposted Coughton. Then take the first right-hand turn onto Sharman Pitch and proceed up Howle Hill where the nursery can be located at the brow of the hill on the right-hand side.
LUNCH: Ross on wye is only a short distance away and has cafes and pubs which serve lunches so members can make their own individual choices.
Afternoon visit: Drummonds EC and Son Ltd 1.45 for a 2.00pm start
The Drummond family have been farming in Herefordshire Since 1956. Eric Drummond senior, who had previously farmed in Scotland, came to The Homme in Ross-on-Wye with its 90 hectare’s of mixed farming which included potatoes, cereal crops and blackcurrants whilst also rearing sheep and cattle

We have 2 bases for our arable farming operation, Homme Farm, Ross on Wye and also Wootton St Lawrence in Hampshire.
SOFT FRUIT
We specialise in growing high quality Strawberries for the Major Supermarkets.
We are pleased to say that Eric Drummond himself will be giving us a tour of the farm and explaining how they go about growing great quality Strawberries for the supermarkets.
